Diosdado Cabello Rondón, during his Con El Mazo Dando program, described as unjustified the allegations made by the Government of Colombia against Venezuela and its fight against drug trafficking, at a time when the management of most of the institutions in that country, the largest producer of cocaine in the world, are in the hands of mafia politicians and paramilitaries.
“In the fight against drug trafficking, Venezuela has deployed more than 5 thousand members of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), plus the police and more than 32 tons of drugs have been seized. We are fighting a battle! The problem is where drugs are produced because here we have a tourniquet for a drug that in theory had to leave Colombia every month,” Cabello refuted the authorities of the neighboring country.
In this regard, he assured that the authorities in Nariño are making this scandal to try to pass “under the table” the change of their head of ports linked to drug trafficking, so he asked for prudence in this matter, taking into account the amount of precise information about networks dedicated to drug trafficking provided by Venezuela to the Colombian authorities and the police of that country do nothing. “What is more, they tell him to leave,” he said.
