Head of State: We are in a process of recovering the National Electricity System

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted this Friday that the country is making progress in the recovery of public services, mainly the National Electricity System (SEN).

“That's the word for Venezuela, recover, but recover better. And all this agenda that we have been developing with the multilateral financial system is for development, for investment and financing in infrastructure, in services,” said the president during her speech at a session of the National Economic Council, at the opening of the meeting with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Group.

In this regard, he recalled that “we are in a process of recovering the National Electricity System, under very different conditions, because we can now access suppliers of spare parts, we can now access technology that allows us to recover the electrical system, consolidate it so that it goes hand in hand with the great economic growth that awaits Venezuela.
