The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, announced that Chavism held 35 marches across the country.
“We mobilized all over Venezuela, more than 250,000 people mobilized in very localized activities,” said Cabello Rondón, during the press conference of the National Directorate of the PSUV.
The first vice-president of the PSUV assured that perhaps one of the most beautiful and most heartfelt activities was that of Saturday, May 18, in La Victoria, Aragua state.
“It was a struggle, in quantity, in quality, in joy. We Chavistas marched embraced, happy, singing, partying. A march for the Chavistas is a party, we end up sweaty, but with a million spirits,” he said.
In that sense, he congratulated all the comrades of the Aragua state, all the colleagues of the Ribas municipality, the political teams, “it was an extraordinary march, we walked almost 2 km.”
