During his Con El Mazo Dando program, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, asserted that the extremist political sector is so poorly organized in every way, that they have not been able to use the difficulties with the National Electric System (SEN) and build up a matrix of opinion to realize their plans for violence.

“These people are so bad, that opposition is so bad that despite the electrical problem, they have not been able to build a matrix to burn the country down, as they would like to burn it because people know that they are not an alternative,” he emphasized.

He stressed that the extreme right “is an alternative for destruction, they will never be an alternative for the construction of the country.”

In this regard, during broadcast number 584, he stated that “the electrical issue has been no small thing, it is a serious problem. We accept it as a serious problem.”

Cabello also said that within the PSUV they are analyzing the tasks, “right now this weekend we are campaigning for the consultation. Are we going to campaign in a locked room? No, no, on the street next to people, under a bunch of magicians, in the corner of the square.”

“Nobody should worry because you invited a site and there were 20, well, you have 20 who are your own and by the next one there will be 25 and that's how we're growing,” he said.

He stressed that extremism for his calls takes people from another place, “they grab and rent motorcycles that don't pay, they don't pay the motorized ones. We stand up in neighborhoods, communities, communes, and streets.”
