The sectoral vice-president of Politics, Public Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, highlighted this Wednesday, from the state of Cojedes, the importance of the message issued by the president in charge, Delcy Rodríguez, as a clear instruction for the mobilization of all the living forces of the nation.

“The president tells us, she tells the country: we are going on a national pilgrimage and that all the sectors that really want to join,” said Cabello, as part of the pilgrimage that began last April 19 with the intention of consolidating the union of those who are committed to the well-being of Venezuelans.

The sectoral vice-president assured that the Bolivarian Government's efforts remain focused on national sovereignty, moving away from the confrontational agendas of sectors that promote division. “This country is doing it for the sake of the well-being of Venezuelans. May the haters stay where they are and that they continue their hatred, so that Venezuela can fly free,” he said and stressed that the work is done shoulder to shoulder with businessmen, workers and peasants, warning that “without peasants there is nothing.”

During his speech, Cabello also addressed the logistical challenges faced by productive sectors, such as access to supplies and difficulty due to maintenance costs. “It's a problem, spare parts cost a lot; that's why I ask that each sector that has proposals submit a document with its proposals in writing, just as Táchira is doing,” he urged, in order to formalize real solutions to overcome the current operational obstacles in each region.

He also called for these working days to be translated into tangible results and not into purely media acts. “I ask that this not be an activity to fill the television screen; we have the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, police forces, firefighters, Civil Protection, students and peasants.”
