This Wednesday, September 3rd, the Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, emphasized that we must “take off our hats” in the face of the attitude of the Venezuelan people, in the face of the new aggression of the American empire against the Homeland.
“We're waiting in here. Of all those threats that began with the strongest force, I think it was the one of August 8, or something like that. Around that time, a series of threats against Venezuela began: We're here quiet,” he said.
In this sense, he stated that “lead feet, nerves of steel, calm and sanity, maximum popular mobilization” must be maintained.
“Today, attacks against the country are increasing, aggressions. Venezuela is subject to a constant threat, a siege by imperialism and some lackeys,” he said.
“Venezuelans are people of extraordinary value. We really have to take off our hats with the People of Venezuela,” he highlighted during his Con El Mazo Dando program, on broadcast number 541.
In this context, he argued that in response to the call of the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, to the People, to enlist, “what we saw on the streets of Venezuela is an example for the world.”
