The Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Security, Citizenship and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that the vans and motorcycles that are being delivered within the framework of the adaptation of the Peace Quadrants in Yaracuy belong to the People and are under the command of the Community Circuits.
From San Felipe, Cabello Rondón emphasized that the vehicles will be in command of the 112 communal circuits that exist in the state of Yaracuy
