Cabello on Álvaro Uribe: He was convicted of bribery and only drug traffickers have defended him

The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, this Wednesday, July 30, assured that the narco-paraco and criminal Álvaro Uribe was only convicted of the crimes of bribery of witnesses and procedural fraud.

In that sense, he emphasized that Uribe is also a murderer, a drug trafficker and it was the latter who came out to defend him “and those who receive money from drug traffickers.”

“Everyone who came out (to defend him) has received money from drug trafficking. Everyone, because whoever comes out to defend a drug trafficker like Álvaro Uribe is because he is Uribe's salaried employee. They write them down on a list,” he said in his Con El Mazo Dando program, broadcast number 537.

Cabello mentioned the publications of Leopoldo López, María Corina Machado, Antonio Ledezma, María Elvira Salazar, Andrés Pastrana, Gustavo Azócar, Keiko Fujimori and others who have expressed solidarity, because “all of these are payroll”.

He argued that “the Peoples are really happy because even if that's all (the crime of bribery) it's justice. Something is something (...) daring to say that you are guilty is a big step”.

He also recalled that it's the same thing to talk about Uribe, (Andrés) Pastrana, (Juan Manuel) Santos or Yván Duque, “it's narco-paramilitarism, they're partners.”
