Every time the National Electoral Council (CNE) announced the date of the presidential election in the country for July 28, the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, assured that in the red awning “we are therefore going to victory”.

This Tuesday afternoon, March 5, the president of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Elvis Amoroso, announced that the presidential elections will be held on July 28, 2024.

“Today we approved a schedule that meets all the requirements to hold the 2024 presidential elections: First: 2024 election on July 28; Second: call this March 5; third: Electoral Registration Day from March 18 to April 16; Fourth: Registration Court April 16; Fifth: application submission from March 21 to 25; Sixth: selection of subordinate bodies March 20; Seventh: election campaign from 4 to 25 July,” he said.
