Cabello on the 27J elections: The vote is fast and the country is absolutely calm!

This Sunday, July 27, the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, exercised his right to vote in the electoral process that is taking place throughout the country for the election of mayors and municipal councilors.

“We, in a short time, voted without any problem; and throughout the country there is absolute calm, we have no report anywhere about any kind of news,” he said from the Rafael María Baralt Basic School of the El Furrial parish in the municipality of Maturín, Monagas state.

He also recognized the National Electoral Council (CNE) for the organization of this electoral process. “ Every day, the CNE surpasses itself with the efficiency and speed to exercise the right to vote,” he said.

He also highlighted the conscience of the people who attend to exercise their right to vote. “People already know what the methodology is and that makes the process faster and more expeditious; people already vote with peace of mind, it's not the same vote with those machines that people didn't know what they were going to do; practice has led us to make this process very fast and efficient,” he said.
