Cabello on the liberation of Venezuelans in El Salvador: Bukele was not taken into account

From the Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, where 252 Venezuelans who were kidnapped in a concentration camp in El Salvador arrived this Friday, the sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, stressed that Nayib Bukele was not taken into account in the negotiations to achieve the release of young migrants.

“Nayib Bukele, in a desperate attempt to sabotage direct negotiations between the Venezuelan government and the United States, stopped some trucks in front of that plane, they didn't want to let it take off because he was losing a 6 million dollar monthly business he was receiving, and he didn't accept and fire the boys with a clean lead,” Cabello criticized.

In this regard, he revealed that “there was a need to talk to his masters, to the negotiators of the United States, to force him ( Bukele) to let the plane take off from Venezuela. And yet, there he is saying that 'thanks to him', no, in spite of him. It wasn't taken into account, it was a direct negotiation,” he emphasized.
