Cabello: The only formal immigration plan that works in the US is with Venezuela

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of
Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, recalled this Monday that the direct line of
communication and understanding between the United States (USA) and the country is through President Nicolás
Maduro.
“(Joe) Biden established a mechanism, which is
direct negotiation with the government of the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela
and the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, whether Marco
Rubio likes it, Iván Duque likes it, whoever likes it,
his name is Nicolás Maduro,” Cabello said during the weekly press conference on the red awning.
He stressed that the internal problems of the United States “should
not allow him to be inventing things” with regard to Venezuela, “for example, with
whom does the United States have the only formal immigration plan that works?
With Venezuela, and if it works, agreed between the two countries, it works for them
and it works for Venezuelans who are there who want to come, it also works,”
he said.
In this regard, he pointed out that for Venezuelan migrants who
want to return to their homeland, “we are waiting here with
open arms, none of them are being persecuted unless a
person with an account of justice comes, criminals who went there and deported them,
here they face justice and we will see what the judicial system says.”
