Cabello to opposition extremism: Zair Mundaray was the executing arm of Luisa Ortega Díaz

The general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reminded opposition extremism that Zair Mundaray was the executing arm of Luisa Ortega Díaz.

“Zair Mundaraín was Luisa Ortega Díaz's deputy prosecutor, and now he appears as if he were an opponent when in fact he was the one who supported the decisions that you (the right) say we (Government) made to put people in jail,” he said.

He stressed that Mundaray “was with Luisa Ortega and more than one of those who was imprisoned was because he (Mundaray) signed the record and the arrest warrant,” he said and recalled that the then attorney general “imprisoned a crowd and only stopped when the accounts she had in a bank in the Bahamas were discovered.”

“How easy it is to get heroes in the opposition, but that one acted against you,” he warned.
