“You will never see President Nicolás Maduro pleasing a rostrum audience like you, you are a rostrum manager,” said the general secretary of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, to the Colombian longlinerist Patricia Janiot, who expected a response from the Head of State after the actions of the United States in waters of the Caribbean Sea.
