Cabello to the Iranian People: Our Solidarity at This Painful Time

The first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello Rondón, expressed, on behalf of this political canopy, condolences to the Iranian people after the death of the president of that country, Ebrahim Raisi, after the helicopter he was traveling in crashed.

“Our solidarity, affection and our heartfelt condolences to the People of Iran at this painful time,” Cabello emphasized during the usual weekly press conference with the red awning.

In this regard, he stressed the importance of investigations determining the causes of “this strange event”. “A few days before there had been an attack on the president of Slovakia, they attacked Russia politically, and you know that behind these things there is nothing casual. We regret these events and we accompany the people,” he said.
