Cabello: Today we received more than 200 new Venezuelan migrants from the United States

This Friday, July 25, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that a total of 237 Venezuelan migrants arrived in the country from Texas, United States, through the Plan Back to the Fatherland, promoted by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

“Today, a direct plane from the United States is entering Venezuelan soil, it has inside it, depending on, because it always happens to us that we announce a number that they send us and they don't match, they have announced that 237 people are coming on this flight; hopefully there are 237,” he said from Simón Bolívar International Airport in Maiquetía, La Guaira state.

He noted that in the same way, the Venezuelan authorities will proceed to carry out the corresponding review and check. At the same time, he recognized all the agencies of the Venezuelan State that are always attentive and carrying out the task of receiving our compatriots.

He reaffirmed that the Plan Back to the Fatherland is an action promoted by the Head of State to guarantee the safe return of our migrants. “Since 2018, President Maduro has implemented and led the return to the Homeland together with the migrant people in an organized, real and tangible way,” he said.
