The “Alto Apure Plains” exhibition (prepared by Caren Izaguirre) won the silver medal (Gourmet Argent) at the 6th AVPA Paris 2026 International Chocolate Competition.
The grain, harvested on the banks of the Arauca River, competed in the rigorous category of high-purity dark chocolates (70% to 85%), standing out for its balance and balance.
