Camila Fabri: US threats against Venezuela must alert the entire region

The threats of imperialism against Venezuela must represent an alert for all of Latin America and the Caribbean, because an aggression against our country would reach all nations in the region.

This was stated by the Deputy Minister of International Communication, Camilla Fabri Saab, during a telephone call to Venezolana de Televisión (VTV) in which she pointed out that this escalation of aggression is part of a broader strategy that seeks to destabilize the peoples of the continent.

“The threat against Venezuela is the prelude to an attack against all of Latin America and the Caribbean,” he emphasized.

In this regard, Fabri said that the imperial narrative seeks to justify military intervention in the Caribbean based on unfounded arguments: “Donald Trump represents a real risk for the entire region of Latin America and the Caribbean, historically recognized as a zone free of nuclear weapons.”
