This weekend, a popular assembly was held with spokespersons from Community Territory 4F, Miguel Peña parish in Valencia, Carabobo state and representatives of the health sector, with the purpose of announcing the 17 candidates for justices of the peace in the aforementioned jurisdiction, ahead of the electoral process next Sunday, December 15.

This popular meeting, which was attended by representatives of the Carabobeño Institute Foundation for Health (INSALUD), the 0800-Bigote, Barrio Adentro and the Venezuelan Institute of Social Security, was held in the areas of the CPT3 Popular Consultancy in the sector.

In this regard, the Single Health Authority in the state of Carabobo, Jonna Acero, commented that, like every first Saturday of every month, the community assembly of the Health sector was held, with the particularity, under the guidelines and guidelines of Governor Rafael Lacava and the Minister of Popular Power for Health Magaly Gutiérrez, “to dedicate it this time to publicizing the functions of the justices of the peace”.

“We know that next December 15 we will have communal elections for the election of our justices of the peace, a figure that plays an important role in the development of the activities of each community. They are going to be the representatives of the law in the commune, to try to reconcile from a family, neighborhood and community point of view, those problems that in one way or another affect the progress of health projects,” he said.

For his part, Josbelis Somoza, responsible for the execution of the Canaima Comprehensive Diagnostic Center (CDI) project, highlighted the importance of this sabbatical information meeting for the health sector, to make known to the community the 17 candidates for communal judges and justices of the peace.

“In addition to focusing on the advances that have been made in the area of health and the popular participation of each of the communal councils that make up Comuna 4F in the Miguel Peña parish axis 4, it has been relevant to learn about the candidates who are going to participate as justices of the peace and the important and leading role that they are going to play within our communes,” he emphasized.
