CANTV dealt with more than 13,000 breakdowns in the Capital region during the month of August

During the month of August, CANTV resolved more than 13,200 incidents registered in Caracas, Miranda and La Guaira, as part of the ongoing deployment that companies maintain in communities with the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan and care through the 1X10 Good Governance system.

According to a press release, the work carried out by the technical staff in Caracas benefited nearly 6,100 subscribers, who are once again enjoying fixed telephone and Internet services.

Similarly, in Miranda state, CANTV staff provided care to another group of approximately 6,100 users, while in La Guaira, around 900 breakdowns were solved.

The actions carried out included preventive and corrective maintenance of networks and transmission equipment, the replacement of cables, strips, sleeves and connectors, the reconstruction of splices and the exhaustive verification of telephone lines.
