CANTV deployed more than 100 crews to deal with breakdowns reported in the 1x10 of Good Governance

The National Anonymous Telephone Company of Venezuela (CANTV), with the purpose of dealing with cases reported through the VenApp application of the 1x10 Good Governance System, deployed more than 100 crews in the 22 parishes of Caracas.

The operation was aimed at restoring telecommunications services in various communities in the capital city, CANTV reported, through its account on the social network X.

It specifies that the aforementioned deployment was led by the president of the telephone company, Jesús Aldana, accompanied by the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez and the head of Government of the Capital District (GDC), Nahúm Fernández, who began the deployment of the “Blue Force”, from the facilities of the CANTV Center for Telecommunications Studies, located in San Martín.

CANTV teams carry out maintenance work to establish services in the Las Casitas, Fundapol, Las Cuatro Esquinas, El Araguaney, Terraza sector J and La Pradera sectors, in the La Vega parish. While in Caricuao, user reports from the UD5 and UD6 sectors were answered.

Also in La Pastora, networks affected by deterioration were treated, including the reconstruction of junctions, checking of telephone lines, and visits to homes for the optimization of services.
