CANTV installed Optical Fiber to strengthen the management of citizen reports in Room 1x10 in Trujillo

The State Hall of 1x10 of Good Governance, located in the Valera municipality, Trujillo state, now has the CANTV Aba Ultra service, a technological improvement that will make it possible to optimize the reception and attention of reports made by citizens through the VenApp platform.

According to a press release from the state telephone company, the fiber optic connection provides high-speed Internet to the operations center, facilitating the processing, analysis and channeling of the requests made by the People's Power in the entity.

César Fernández, state director of the Room 1x10 of Good Governance, highlighted the impact of this technological update on daily management.

“With this fiber-optic Internet connection, our team optimizes the reception and processing of VenApp reports in real time. This immediately translates into much more agile, efficient and timely management for Trujillo families,” he said.

The incorporation of Aba Ultra strengthens the operational capacity of the 1x10 State Hall of Good Governance and helps to provide faster and more efficient responses to Trujillo communities.
