CANTV joins the Caracas Smile Caravan

In order to strengthen care for the population and guarantee telecommunications services to communities, CANTV joined the second phase of the “Caravan of Solutions” with Operation Caracas Smile.

This initiative, promoted by the Mayor's Office of Caracas, seeks to offer direct solutions to the citizens of the 22 parishes in the Capital.

During the conference, according to a press release from CANTV, Caracas users have the opportunity to receive detailed information about the products and services currently offered by the company, in addition to managing requests and requirements directly.

María Araujo, a user of the El Valle parish, commented: “I am very grateful to the CANTV staff, I came to this day to find information to activate my telephone line, I have been with it for several years and I don't want to lose it, the team provided me with excellent service.”
