CANTV restored services to nearly 900 subscribers in Nueva Esparta

Nearly 900 residential and commercial subscribers in the state of Nueva Esparta recovered CANTV services, after work carried out by company workers, within the framework of the Comprehensive Breakdown Resolution Plan and care through the 1x10 Good Governance system.

Technical and specialized CANTV personnel were deployed during the month of June in the Peninsular municipalities of Macanao, Díaz, Marcano, Maneiro, Mariño, García and Tubores, giving effective answers to reports made by users in the Eastern region.

According to a press release, among the tasks carried out are maintenance of networks and transmission equipment, replacement of cables, strips, sleeves, connectors. Reconstructing junctions and verifying house-to-house lines.

The solved faults responded to cases of deterioration, theft and vandalism, as well as to damage caused by third parties and adverse weather conditions.

CANTV is deployed throughout the state of Nueva Esparta, in order to guarantee the population access to telecommunications services, contributing to the productive, social and economic development of the region.
