CANTV restored telephone and Internet services to more than 1,600 users in Mérida

CANTV restored fixed telephone and Internet services to more than 1,600 subscribers in different municipalities in the state of Mérida, through technical deployments implemented as part of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan.
The work was carried out in conjunction with the Popular Power of the Páramo, Pan-American, Mocotí Valley and Metropolitan axes, as well as through requests channeled through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system.
According to a press release from the company, technical crews carried out preventive and corrective maintenance on telecommunications networks, replacement of cables, reconstruction of splices and other actions aimed at restoring connectivity in the communities served.
