CANTV serves more than 11,000 subscribers who recover telecommunications services in Los Llanos

During the first quarter of 2026, the Venezuelan National Anonymous Telephone Company (CANTV) restored telecommunications services to more than 11,000 households, companies and public institutions in five states in the Los Llanos region, as part of its operational deployment to ensure connectivity in the country.
These actions were carried out within the framework of the Comprehensive Failure Resolution Plan, in response to reports generated through the VenApp of the 1x10 Good Governance system, according to a press release from the institution
In the Apure state, services were restored to more than 1,800 subscribers; in Barinas 3,000 users; in Cojedes nearly 1,400 homes and businesses; in Guárico 2,430; and in Portuguesa more than 2,550.
The tasks of the technical staff included comprehensive network maintenance and optimization of transmission media, affected by various incidents.
This deployment is carried out by the Company's technical crews, in coordination with organized communities, through the Technical Telecommunications Boards (MTT), which contribute to the identification and prioritization of cases in each territory.
