The president in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, called for maintaining the national pilgrimage until there are no sanctions against Venezuela.

“Thank you for this pilgrimage! Thanks to the whole team! Thank you, Venezuela! Let's continue on this pilgrimage until there is not a single sanction left,” he said.

He noted that every step of this mobilization expresses the country's commitment to its economic and social recovery.

Rodríguez affirmed that the process of investing in employment, income, health, education and social welfare is linked to the will of the Venezuelan people. “Every firm comes after the joy of a people. The firm for investment in Venezuela has the brand of the Venezuela of the future,” he said.

He invited people to continue the pilgrimage as a symbol of national rebirth. “I invite you to continue on a pilgrimage for the rebirth of Venezuela. I also ask the opposing factors to seek the political rebirth of the country, to seek to understand each other when it comes to the Republic's higher objectives,” he said. He indicated that these objectives are independence, sovereignty, freedom and the happiness of the people.

Rodríguez called for maintaining the unity achieved during the mobilization. “I ask you to hold hands as we came, as pilgrims, in deep reflection, with the emotion and honor of feeling like sons and daughters of Simon Bolivar. There is no country in the world that has that honor and that dignity,” he said.

He recalled the words of the Liberator Simon Bolivar about the need for patience, perseverance and work to regenerate the Republic.

“We need a lot to give consistency to the country: patience and more patience, perseverance and more perseverance, work and more work to have a homeland and continue to have a homeland,” he said.
