Caracas FC beat Independante Petrolero 1-0 in the Copa Sudamericana

This Wednesday, Caracas Football Club won its first victory in the Copa Sudamericana 2026 after winning the home match at the UCV Olympic Stadium against Independente Petrolero 1-0.

Wilfred Correa , who scored in the capital's first match for South America against Botafogo, scored the goal for the Avila Reds against the Bolivians.

With this result, Caracas Football Club has four points in the first two rounds of the Copa Sudamericana. The next match for the continental competition will be on April 29 against Racing de Argentina as a visitor.
