Caracas mayor's office cleared areas affected by earthquakes at kilometer 11 of El Junquito

The crews of the Mayor's Office of Caracas were deployed at kilometer 11 of the parish of El Junquito, where they carried out work to remove debris, collect and free up spaces in the areas adjacent to the houses that were affected by the double earthquake recorded last June 24.

The information was provided by Mayor Carmen Meléndez, through a post on her official account of the social network Instagram.

The local president explained that these tasks are generating the technical safety conditions required to proceed, subsequently, with the controlled demolition of the structures that were severely compromised by the earthquake activity.
