Caracas mayor's office inspected land settlement in San José parish

The Mayor's Office of Caracas carried out an inspection on Panteón Avenue, San José parish, due to a land settlement due to possible water seeping.

“The settlement created cracks in the retaining wall and in the pavement. As a first action, we started with the demolition of the wall, which already represented a risk for the inhabitants of the sector,” said Mayor Carmen Meléndez.

In this regard, he indicated that a team made up of the Mayor's Office of Caracas, the Ministry of People's Power for Electric Energy and the Ministry of People's Power for Public Works, carry out a diagnosis of the situation in general, to take the right actions and resolve the land fault.
