We scientifically can say with this first tour of Caracas smile we visited 56 communes, more than 323 communal councils and approximately 350,000 people living in that commune. What was done in 44 days with the bureaucracy, we would have done it in 5 months. communes,” he emphasized.
He also reiterated his commitment to fulfill the commitments they have made during the development of the Caracas Smile Plan. “It is a communal government that we are going to continue working on throughout the territory of Caracas. In the next few days we are going to finish that work, because the results have been fabulous,” he said.
On the other hand, the mayor congratulated the participation of Venezuelan youth in the preparation of the projects that were voted on in the Popular Consultation.
“We have a youth who are building the future, who have projects, who go and see the future, what we live is very important,” he emphasized.
