Carmen Meléndez presented the Caracas 7T Plan for the period 2025-2029

The candidate of the Great Patriotic Pole Simón Bolívar (GPPSB) for mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, presented her new government program 2025-2029 in Plaza Bolívar in the capital, which she has called “Plan Caracas 7T +”.

Meléndez stressed that Plan Caracas 7T was born thanks to the result of having listened to the People, who know what the priority is in their territory. “We cannot go out and say what is going to be done, we have to listen to our people.”

In this regard, he assured that the Municipal Institute of Popular Credit will be strengthened, as well as the construction of a digital bank, in order to offer credit and financing.
