CEOFANB Commander: We are in permanent office and vigilant as guardians of the honor of the Fatherland

The head of the Strategic Operational Command of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB), Domingo Hernández Lárez, announced that they are constantly in permanent and vigilant exercise as guardians of the honor and independence of our Homeland.

In a contact with the Head of State, Nicolás Maduro, the commander of the CEOFANB added that “in these exercises of command, control and communications, we have dictated the guidelines given by you.”

He added that “we are surrounded and stalked by the most genocidal empire on the planet , which is why we must protect and defend the constitutional rights that guarantee the continuity of the normal development of the Homeland. ( ... )”, that is why “we are debating with the structures created in revolution, all of which are structured through the Integral Defense System to act for our Homeland”.

He stressed that this comprehensive defense must encompass the seven spheres of power, defined by the historical objectives of the Homeland Plan and the 7 Transformations, as a way to achieve the definitive and absolute development of the Great Homeland.
