This Friday, July 18, the Foreign Minister of the Republic, Yván Gil, dismissed and considered “ridiculous”, the absurd “code red”, as part of the foreign policy of the Netherlands, which advises its citizens on the level of security of traveling to Venezuela.

On his account on the social network Telegram, Gil said: “Today, a day of victory for Venezuela in La Paz and justice, the size of Dutch diplomacy is ridiculous, inventing a 'code red'”.

“Only the eternal colonial complex and the desire to stage a show on social networks inspired by their colonial complexes, of those who have supported, with their double standards, fascism and failed attempts to destabilize us,” he emphasized.

The chancellor stressed that “with great joy and affection we will continue to make progress in providing tourist and business services, in the safest and most stable country on the entire continent, to the thousands of Dutch people who visit us month after month, especially from our beloved Caribbean”.

“End of statement,” Gil ironized.
