The National Meteorological Center of the People's Republic of China ratified the blue alert on Monday due to the forecast of adverse weather conditions that will simultaneously affect several regions of the country.

Although this level represents the initial category in the climate alarm system, the authorities warn of the arrival of rainfall of varying intensity and strong winds, urging the population to take the necessary precautions against changes in weather conditions.

The meteorological impact will initially be concentrated in southern areas, specifically south of the Yangtse River, where moderate to heavy rains are expected with the potential to become torrential in isolated sectors.

In parallel, the north of the nation, including Inner Mongolia and the northwestern and northeastern regions, will face significant gusts of wind, complicating the climate landscape at both ends of the territory.

According to reports from the Xinhua agency, monitoring models indicate that the rain system will begin a progressive shift to the north starting Tuesday night.

This change in trajectory will mark the beginning of a new phase in the meteorological phenomenon, so experts keep a close eye on the evolution of storms to update safety protocols in the affected provinces.
