Members of the Scientific , Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), belonging to the Caricuao Municipal Delegation, arrested Dalanguelin Catherine Colina Colmenares for committing the crime of cruel treatment of her minor children.

The information was released by the director of this police force, Douglas Rico, who specified that the incident occurred in the El Descanso sector, in the Antímano parish of the Libertador municipality, where the detainee assaulted her children aged 4 and 6 because “they had attitudes that were difficult to manage”.

Immediately, the officials left the case to the order of the 98th Public Prosecutor's Office with competence in ordinary criminal matters of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, for the corresponding legal actions.
