CICPC captured a subject for kidnapping two teenagers

‎Efectivos of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC), highlighted in the Valencia Municipal Delegation, Carabobo, succeeded in apprehending a subject who kept two teenagers kidnapped.

‎De according to information published on Instagram by the director of this police force, Douglas Rico, the incident occurred in the Josefa Camejo sector of the parish of Los Guayos, municipality of Los Guayos.

‎ In this sense, it became known that after the investigation, it was possible to determine that the young women were sharing in a swimming pool where they met the detainee and another criminal, on the run, who, after gaining their trust through skills and deception, took them to a house in the Josefa Camejo sector, where, under death threats and using their physical force, they forced them to consume substances psychotropic while sexually abusing them for three days.

‎Rico added that the victims took advantage of when one of the antisocials left the house and, during an oversight of the other criminal, they fled.

‎El arrested kidnapper was ordered by the 21st Public Prosecutor's Office of the Judicial District of the Carabobo State Judicial District.
