CICPC clarified two homicides that occurred in Barinas

Members of the Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations Corps (CICPC) were able to clarify two homicides that occurred in the municipalities of Pedraza and Ezequiel Zamora, in the state of Barinas.

This was announced by the general director of this police force, Douglas Rico, who specified that thanks to mysticism and technical-scientific analysis, the investigations of the Scientific Police succeeded in locating and arresting the material perpetrators of both events, both perpetrated with knife weapons.

The first police procedure clarified the murder of Elianyer José Castillo Quiñonez (17), caused by Yerly Alberto Ramírez Contreras (44), alias El Faro.

Also, the second case where Víctor Julio Sandoval (43) lost his life, “when his partner, Belsy Liliana Zuanare Angarita (40), with whom he had a heated argument and in the midst of the altercation, the woman took a knife and attacked Sandoval, causing him a serious injury that took his life almost instantly”.

The assailant confessed what happened to her brother, who went to the scene and verified that the man no longer showed vital signs, immediately notifying the authorities.
