Cinemateca Nacional extended tribute to Luis Alberto Lamata

The National Cinemateca of Venezuela announced that the film series in honor of the renowned filmmaker, screenwriter and teacher of Venezuelan history, Luis Alberto Lamata, will run until Sunday, September 7, with screenings in several theaters nationwide.

This exhibition pays a well-deserved tribute to Lamata's invaluable career and her significant contribution to Venezuelan cinema.

The screenings will take place in the Cinemateca room of the Museum of Fine Arts, at the Center for Latin American Studies Rómulo Gallegos (CELARG) and in Tucupita, San Cristóbal and San Carlos.
