With regard to the Second National Popular Consultation 2026, which will take place on Sunday, July 12, the National Electoral Council (CNE) has released a quick digital guide that serves as an instructive tool for applying for community projects.
This pedagogical tool allows us to classify each proposal within a catalog structure divided into five levels: Transformation, Sector, Category, Focus and Action. The purpose of this methodology is to ensure the coherence and the correct thematic framework of the names of the projects selected by the bases.
Additionally, the interactive material includes a series of generative questions. These questions are designed to guide debates in community assemblies, promoting the leading participation of citizens in the process of restructuring and reengineering the National Government.
In order to deepen the content of this guide, the People's Power can access the CNE's information channels to download the material and take it to its community.
