More than 10,000 communities in Caracas made their solution maps this Thursday, June 27, to identify their needs, as part of the transition phase to Socialism and the Seven Transformations (7T), proposed by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, reported the sectoral vice president for Planning, Ricardo Menéndez.

On a conference broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, he pointed out that social cartography has become a crucial tool for understanding the needs and aspirations of local communities, since with their active participation, those priority areas that require immediate attention are identified.

“We have a total of 25,000 communities that have been part of the social cartography, because when the President says that there is a consolidation of the State and a new visualization of the State, the 1×10, the solution maps, they are not issues that are a fad, they are a foundational part of the phase proposed by the President of the Republic, that phase of transition to socialism,” he emphasized.

He also stated that the Seventh Engine of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda and the Q7 Plan were also prioritized during the day, in order to promote the development of the country's economy, through the planting and expansion of community industrial infrastructure, to strengthen the quality of life of Venezuelans.

He also assured that social protection is another fundamental pillar, since it prioritizes collaboration between the community and the State, an essential union to ensure that citizens have access to basic services, health care, education and security.
