CONATEL awarded administrative titles to community media

Through the social network X, the National Telecommunications Commission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (CONATEL) reported that 31 administrative titles were issued to an equal number of community media.
According to information from Venezolana de Televisión, the activity was led by the general director of CONATEL, G/D Jorge Eliéser Márquez, accompanied by the Minister of Popular Power for Communes and Social Movements, Jorge Arreaza.
It is important to highlight that the delivery of these titles is for the purpose of allowing them to use and exploit the radio spectrum, through the corresponding authorization and concessions, so that these community media are part of the institutional legality required by Venezuela.
