CORPOELEC dealt with breakdowns caused by the rains for the benefit of more than 300,000 people from Merida

Workers from the National Electricity Corporation (CORPOELEC) dealt with 76 breakdowns in the different territorial axes of the state of Mérida, caused by the heavy rainfall recorded in the last few hours.
During comprehensive care for communities, the personnel of the state power company replaced transformers, poles, conductors, fuses and lightning rods, among other equipment in distribution networks, guaranteeing electricity supply to more than 300,000 inhabitants of the Andean entity.
According to a press release, the crews remain deployed, carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance work, in the different distribution circuits, to offer users an optimal service.
