CORPOELEC handled more than 900 reports generated through the VenApp in Yaracuy

Workers from the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) attended, in Yaracuy, 920 reports generated by the Popular Power organized through the VenApp technological platform.
According to a press release, the requests answered include corrective and preventive maintenance, public lighting, the installation of poles and transformers, electrical components and vegetation control in the medium and low voltage wired network, as well as technical inspections and necessary adjustments were carried out to optimize and strengthen the electricity supply in the entity.
Josefina Climinth, a resident of the municipality of San Felipe, highlighted the benefits of this direct communication tool between organized Popular Power and the National Government through its affiliated entities and institutions. “The VenApp platform is effective and the answers are immediate,” he said.
