In the context of the Comprehensive Plan for Expressway Lighting, the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) turned on 190 public lighting points on Ring Road No. 1 and La Limpia Avenue, benefiting more than 404,000 users who pass through the Raúl Leoni, Francisco Eugenio Bustamante, Cacique Mara and San Francisco parishes in the state of Zulia.
The tasks, according to a press release, included maintenance of control boxes, installation of a transformer and installation of new luminaires, which improved night visibility and generated significant energy savings.
It is also planned to extend this plan to other road arteries in the state of Zulia, accompanied by continuous inspections by CORPOELEC technical personnel to ensure the optimal operation of the luminaires.
This effort helps to provide a safer and more reliable environment at night, strengthening the quality of life of the people of Zulia.
