CORPOELEC will carry out the transfer of drivers to a new transmission tower at the ARC in Miranda state

The Ministry of the People's Power of Electric Energy and the National Electric Corporation will carry out this Sunday, September 20, the transfer of drivers to a new transmission tower.

For the execution of the works, the authorities will implement a special device for regulating vehicle traffic on the Regional Highway of the Center.

The measure contemplates a total closure of 15 minutes at the height of Paracotos starting at 7:00 in the morning and then maintaining a partially restricted passage.

These works will be carried out jointly with the Ministry of People's Power for Transport.

The Ministry of Popular Power for Electric Energy and the National Electric Corporation (CORPOELEC) inform the users of the Regional Highway of the Center (ARC) and the inhabitants of the state of Miranda that, with the objective of optimizing the electrical infrastructure, this Sunday, September 20, 2026, the transfer of drivers will be carried out to a new transmission tower on the Papelón - Cortada del Guayabo - Paracotos No. 1 line at 69 kV.

For the safe execution of these tasks, in collaboration with the Ministry of People's Power for Transport, a vehicle regulation device will be deployed at Paracotos starting at 07:00 a.m., which provides for a total closure of the road for 15 minutes at the start of the maneuvers and, subsequently, through a partially restricted passage.

During the development of these technical maneuvers, work will be carried out in the Paracotos parish of the Guaicaipura and Las Brisas municipalities of the Cristóbal Rojas municipality, as well as in the Valles de Chara and Brisas de Charallave sectors, for an estimated period of 8 hours.

In this regard, drivers are urged to take appropriate forecasts, comply with road signs and drive with caution, as well as residents of the above-mentioned sectors to take appropriate measures.
