In a demonstration of fraternity that transcends borders, the Association of Cubans and Cubans Residing in Venezuela (ACCREVEN) coordinated the sending of a significant donation of medical supplies to Havana. This initiative, which was supported by Venezuelan institutions and social organizations, reinforces the historic ties of brotherhood between the two nations.

The national president of ACCREVEN, Orelvis Reyes, highlighted the magnitude of this work through his social networks, describing it as a “huge effort” carried out on a national scale. Reyes said that the shipment was managed with a deep commitment to its roots, Prensa Latina said.

“We received with tremendous love and affection this donation that goes to the homeland of Fidel (Castro), (Hugo) Chávez, (Simon) Bolívar and (José) Martí,” said the director, who also recognized the active participation and solidarity of the Cuban community based in Bolivarian territory.

For its part, the health sector in Venezuela joined this cause. A director of the Centro Médico Mi Salud clinic, located in Carabobo state, described the contribution as a surrender to his “second homeland”, stressing that binational union is indestructible. “Between Cuba and Venezuela there is a bridge that no one will tear down; we are sure that the Cuban people, with the support of Venezuela and the entire world, will move forward,” he said.

Finally, representatives of ACCREVEN in the state of Carabobo reiterated their “eternal and permanent” gratitude to the Venezuelan people and their political and social organizations. This indissoluble support reaffirms that, in the face of current challenges, cooperation and humanitarian aid remain the fundamental pillar that supports the strategic relationship and mutual affection between the peoples of Bolívar and Martí.
