This year the Vuelta Venezuela will show a new face in its 62nd edition. This is a renewed graphic identity with the support of an entire community that unites under the same passion and with the main objective of giving continuity to the development of high-performance cycling in the country.
The presentation of the Vuelta a Venezuela 2025 took place this Tuesday in the vicinity of the Teo Capriles velodrome of the National Sports Institute with the participation of the minister of popular power for sports, Franklin Cardillo; María Soto, president of the Venezuelan Olympic Committee; Anaís Muñoz, president of the Venezuelan Cycling Federation and Rubén Osorio, principal of the Tachirense Cycling Association and general director in this edition of the return.
“This is a new phase of Venezuelan cycling that is being built hand in hand with our athletes, coaches, association presidents and national cycling leaders. It's time for us to do the work together, as appropriate, so that with events like this, we collectively recover and build the cycling we deserve,” Cardillo said, quoted in a press release from the ministerial portfolio.
The minister also assured that the athletes' awards are fully guaranteed and the prizes will be paid after each of the stages.
