Delcy Rodríguez before the AN: Venezuela needs to mark a path that will lead us to the defense of peace

This Tuesday, the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, presented the Nation's budget for 2025 to the National Assembly (AN), during the event, she highlighted the formulation of policies to resolve “the fate of Venezuelans”.

Within the framework of the plan for seven profound transformations, Vice President Rodríguez stressed that “Venezuela needs to mark a path that will lead them to the defense of Peace and to territorial defense.”

He also emphasized economic growth, equality and social justice, within the framework of the model left by Commander Hugo Chávez and carried out by President Nicolás Maduro through the great Missions.

“Exactly one year ago, the people were on the move to defend the territory of Guiana Essequiba. We are moving to defend what is ours by right, to defend inalienable rights,” Rodríguez recalled.

In this regard, he stressed that the budget “allows us the economic independence of Venezuela, it is one of the first pillars of the transformation of defense.”
