The Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted the joy with which the People of Venezuela will receive the results of the municipal elections and the Popular Youth Consultation, which is being held this Sunday in the country to choose the mayors of the 335 municipalities.

After exercising his right to vote, in Caracas, Rodríguez highlighted that “53 organizations for political purposes participate in this electoral process to decide the municipal elections, both of the municipal executive and the legislature, to the councilors and councilors and here we are, in this framework of this election, where the Venezuelan people are electing their most direct authorities, which have to do with national life, with the daily life of citizens and citizens”.

He stressed that “tonight the Venezuelan people are going to be celebrating in all the municipalities of the country. I am sure that there will be a lot of happiness throughout the national territory, well, when those who were selected are celebrated,” said the Vice President.

Rodríguez thanked the more than a thousand international observers who have accompanied this day. “They have come to Venezuela to witness this election, of the Venezuelan democratic process; a process, I repeat, very vigorous that every day, that is being perfected more every minute, and with this choice of young people's projects, well, more than happy and pleased that the world can witness and that the world can see how the Venezuelan people are supporting young people,” he stressed.
